Job Description
We are looking for a Business Consultant to assist with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and documenting system issues for Java applications with Oracle databases. This position will be a full-time contract and hybrid.

What You’ll Do
Assist the compliance program with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and documenting system issues
Solicit and document end-to-end system requirements including reporting needs
Work with both program staff and IT staff

What You’ll Need

Required:
• Candidate must currently be located in Indiana with the ability to work onsite in Indianapolis
• 8 years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL
• 8 years of Experience with Power BI
• 8 years of knowledge with Java
• 8 years of experience troubleshooting application and database issues
• 8 years of experience documenting system requirements
• 8 years of experience soliciting and documenting end-to-end system requirements
• 8 years of experience documenting reporting requirements
• 8 years of experience documenting business processes
• 8 years of experience documenting data requirements including data quality
• Experience working directly with technical and non-technical staff
