JOB TITLE: Business System Analyst Sr
Duration: 8+ months – Contract to Hire
Rate: $50/hr on Vendor W2
Location: Miamisburg, OH or Jacksonville, FL currently.

Mandatory Skills in Beeline:
• Agile methodology – min 5 years
• Experience as a BSA – min 5 years
• Experience working in IT and big application experience – min 5 years
• Mortgage Default Background – min 1+ years

1. Describe any experience you’ve had in mortgage loans, or defaults, or loss mitigation.
2. Briefly describe any experience you’ve had with the mortgage loan lifecycle.

Describe the role and the key responsibilities in order of which they will be doing daily:
• Attend daily standup at 9:15am and provide status updates
• Schedule follow up meetings based on progress
• Work with defining sprint planning
• Work on developed user stories
• Understand the business requirements
• Write user stories

Describe the required must have technical skills, tools, or experience:
• Mortgage Default Background – min 1+ years
• Agile methodology – min 5 years
• Experience working in IT and big application experience – min 5 years
• Experience as a BSA – min 5 years

Is there any skills you are willing to flex on if a candidate does not have it?
• Default Mortgage (Loss mitigation) background/ knowledge is highly desirable
• Experience in Gherkin
• Azure Dev Ops
• Jira
