Job Title: Business Systems Analyst Lead
Duration: 6+ Months- long term
Rate: $55/hr on Vendor W2
Location: Pittsburgh, PA- Hybrid 3 days office / 2 days remote

Mandatory Skills in Beeline: 5yrs +
• Bachelors degree or demonstrated work history to the equivalent
• Basics of tech stack – data transmission between technologies
• Fluent with MS Office Suite – including proficiency with Excel
• SQL
• Strong data analysis – dealing with multiple financial data sets

Screening Questions:
1. Describe your typical day’s output, provide specifics where it makes sense.
2. Describe a time when you had to listen to complex analysis and how you captured the nuances needed to drive the functional requirements forward.
3. What are the 3 basic components of addressing a balance to the chart of accounts?
4. Name and explain the types of sql joins

Industry background:
• Financial Services background, accounting familiarity.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Document current state interfaces, gather requirements for FnF requirements.
• Document application interface flow diagrams – FnF requirements.
• Evaluate current state reporting and work with client on future state reporting needs.
• Requirement validation – part of parallel run activities.
• Analyze data from multiple financial data sets

Must Have Technical Skills:
• This individual needs to demonstrate the ability to listen to a complex analysis and capture nuance needed for documentation purposes. They then need to translate or transfer those nuances into functional requirements.
• Finance background required – must understand how banks work
• Understanding basic principles of accounting
• SQL – 5 years
• Strong data analysis – 5 years, dealing with multiple financial data sets
• Basics of tech stack – data transmission between technologies 5 years
• Fluent with MS Office Suite – including proficiency with Excel 5 years
• Bachelors degree or demonstrated work history to the equivalent

Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
• Not required – provide LinkedIn profile

Soft Skills:
• This individual needs to demonstrate the ability to listen to a complex analysis and capture nuance needed for documentation purposes. They then need to translate or transfer those nuances into functional requirements.
• Self-starter with excellent communication and writing skills.

• 1st round – several team members, BA and Architect – 30 mins
• 2nd round – manager interview – 30 mins
