Duration: 6 month contract possibly longer role we have open.
Location: Irvine, CA – Position is 100% onsite. Hours are typically 8-5.
Rate:$45-50/hr on Vendor W2

Role
This is NOT a Manager or Director level position. Position involves reviewing intern candidates, screening them and moving them onto the appropriate group. They do not need a person to go in and set up new Universities or expand reaches in existing. The Campus Recruiter will look after the full cycle recruiting process in order to attract and recruit both technical and non-technical students. Positions to be filled include various full-time, intern and co-op roles across the company and country. Students recruited include undergraduates, MBA, MS and PhDs in engineering and other disciplines.

Description
The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for:

• Promoting the company as an employer of choice at select local and regional universities
• Looking after full lifecycle recruitment for designated hiring needs for specific business units
• Sourcing and building candidate/student pipelines for technical and non-technical roles
• Co-ordinating phone screens and video interviews
• Attending campus events, tech talks virtually at targeted schools
• Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs, partnering with them through to selection and hire
• Working closely with the HR Global Services team on the post offer accept process through to onboarding
• Handling other recruitment duties, as needed

Required Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1+ years of Campus Recruiting experience and familiarity with internship and co-op programs
• Ability to independently multi-task
• Experience with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail with superior organization, problem solving and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to influence

Preferred Skills
• At least 1 year of experience recruiting engineering students, ideally electrical engineers
• Exposure to technology, semiconductor or electrical hardware industries
• Experience recruiting graduate level students (MBA, MS, PhD)
• Experience with Handshake or other campus recruiting software
• Experience with international students and the CPT/OPT sponsorship process
