Location: RTP, NC
Rate: $40-45/hr on Amtex W2- Max
Duration: 12+ Months

Customer Project Manager
In this highly visible customer facing role as a PM, you will:
o Manage medium to large/complex customer facing projects in an account or group of accounts. Create project schedules, including dependencies on financial, resource and material requirements.
o Lead Project teams to deliver multiple, simultaneous projects that span across several business or technology areas.
o Manage scope, time, cost, quality, people, risk and communications for a project. Project/Program Management experience in the deployment of leading edge technologies in a highly complex commercial environment is a plus.
o Familiarity with JIRA system and managing all issues logged in JIRA.
o Have basic knowledge of routing, routing protocols, switching, internet and general network architecture.
o Take the authority as the program leader and believe that you can create a phenomenal positive impact even without formal authority – Own the Program
o Prioritize and Focus on Critical Success Factors
o Understand how the program goals connect to the company strategy and align the team towards that
o Have demonstrated clear leadership skills and experience working with large project teams and strategic account teams.
o Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Identify key issues, gaps and work with SVS engineers and BU to resolve issues.
o Engage with customers and other Cisco stakeholders on successful planning.

Desired Qualifications:
o Minimum BS/BA degree in general business or related field is desired.
o Proven track record as a program manager; experience serving in a program management role working within a large PMO environment and/or Services organization a plus.
o Has industry recognized relevant certifications (PMP and Scrum/SAFe)
o Well versed in PMBOK standard including assessing scope, team member management, requirements capturing, schedules building, risk management and serving as liaison within functional teams. Experience in program planning, tracking and reporting, and process improvement is required.
o Versed in Agile frameworks (such as Scrum or Scaled Agile) their roles and ceremonies.
o You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Experience using MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint & Excel is required, preferred software application experience in the following: Aha!, Quip (Salesforce application), Microsoft SharePoint, Smartsheet, Jira or Rally
