Job Title: Datasphere SAP Developer / Data Analyst
Location: Hybrid – Middletown, PA – Hybrid 3 days in office
Duration: 12 Months
Rate: $60-70/hr on W2 or $70-80/hr on C2C- MAX
Must have minimum 5 years SAP development experience

Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Datasphere SAP Developer to join our team serving our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), with a proven track record of developing and implementing data solutions that drive business insights and performance.

What You’ll Do
• Design, develop, and implement SAP Datasphere solutions to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications
• Develop and maintain data models, data integration processes, and data visualization solutions using SAP Datasphere and SAC
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all SAP Datasphere implementations
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Datasphere and SAC
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practice

What You’ll Need
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in SAP development, with at least 2-3 years specifically in SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes
• Proficiency in SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and related SAP tools
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP BW, and other SAP data management solutions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:
• A Master’s degree in a related field

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members
• Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues

Certifications (Preferred):
• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Analytics Cloud
• SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP HANA
• Any additional SAP certifications related to data management and analytics are a plus
