We need A senior Program Manager or Director with extensive experience in Information Security Analytics. Candidates must have extensive experience in Information Security data analytics and creating security/Intrusion reports for presentation to upper management. Candidates need to have experience working with Azure Sentinel, Power BI and data Visualization tools. CANDIDES MUST HAVE EXPERINCE BUILDING A SECURITY DATA ANALYTICS PROGRAM FROM SCRATCH.

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE RECENT EXPERIENCE WITH AZURE SENTINEL.

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager/Director with extensive expertise in Information Security Analytics to lead and develop a comprehensive security analytics program. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling security data analytics programs from scratch, and will possess hands-on experience working with security tools such as Azure Sentinel, Power BI, and other data visualization tools. This role is critical in developing, presenting, and managing security reports for executive leadership, ensuring that the organization’s security posture is effectively monitored and communicated to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Development of Security Analytics Program: Build and scale a comprehensive Information Security Analytics program from the ground up, focusing on security data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Develop Security Reporting Infrastructure: Oversee the creation of detailed, actionable security and intrusion reports tailored for senior management, ensuring that key metrics and trends are highlighted in a clear and insightful manner.
• Data Analysis & Visualization: Utilize tools such as Azure Sentinel, Power BI, and other data visualization platforms to aggregate, analyze, and present security data, offering clear visualizations that can help senior leaders make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Risk Assessment & Incident Management: Provide insights on security risks and incidents based on analytics, identify trends and potential threats, and recommend actions to mitigate them.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the key liaison between the security team and executive leadership, effectively translating complex security data and incidents into clear, understandable presentations.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with IT, security, and compliance teams to gather data, refine metrics, and improve the overall effectiveness of the security program.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps in the current security analytics program and develop strategies to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Program Oversight and Strategy: Lead the strategic direction of the security analytics program, ensuring alignment with the overall organizational goals and security objectives.
• Mentorship and Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing security analytics team, providing guidance, training, and support to team members as the program scales.

Required Skills and Experience:
• Extensive Experience in Information Security Analytics: 8+ years of experience in information security analytics, data analysis, and security reporting, including building a security data analytics program from scratch.
• Azure Sentinel Expertise: Hands-on experience with Azure Sentinel for security data collection, incident detection, and log analysis.
• Data Visualization & Reporting: Expertise in Power BI or similar data visualization tools to create clear, effective reports and dashboards for upper management.
• Strong Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of security operations, intrusion detection, incident response, and risk management.
• Program Management: Experience managing complex security programs, including resource management, budgeting, and delivering on key program objectives.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, particularly senior leadership.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Proven experience leading teams, with a track record of developing and mentoring staff.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field: Master’s degree or relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Cloud Security Knowledge: Familiarity with security tools and platforms in cloud environments, especially Microsoft Azure.
• Security Frameworks and Compliance: Experience with regulatory frameworks such as NIST, ISO, GDPR, and others.
• Automation & Scripting: Familiarity with automation tools or scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) to improve security data analytics processes.
