Job Title: Dynatrace Engineer
Duration: 8+ months – Contract to Hire
Rate: On Vendor W2
Position Location:
• Pittsburgh, PA (Preferred) – Hybrid -3 days a week
• Remote – If local to Pittsburgh 100% remote is not an option

Market Rates:
• Market A: $60/hr
• Market B: $55/hr
• Market C: $50/hr

Screening Questions:
1. How do you prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively in a fast-paced work environment?
2. Can you discuss your experience with monitoring and logging tools used for identifying and resolving software or system related issues?
3. How do you prioritize troubleshooting tasks when multiple issues arise simultaneously? Can you provide an example of how you managed such a situation effectively?
4. Have you collaborated with cross-functional teams or stakeholders in previous projects? How did you contribute to their success?

Which project will this need be supporting?
• Transitions applications over to a legacy support mode

Key responsibilities:
• Keeping certifications up to date for the applications they are going to be supporting – also handling general issue resolutions, maintenance planning and execution and troubleshooting

• Must have a demonstrated mastery of troubleshooting skills for high visibility and high velocity applications

• Automation skills

Soft skills that would make a candidate successful in this role:
• Good communication both written and verbal
• High visibility with an executive presence

Education/Years of Experience:
• Preferred bachelor’s degree in a technical field or relevant work experience
• Years of experience: 3-5 years
