Job Summary
As the IBM FileNet Administrator you will design, code, test, implement, maintain, and support applications software.

Job Description

We are looking for a IBM FileNet Administrator to design, code, test, implement, maintain, and support applications software. This position will be full-time and onsite.

What You’ll Do
• Work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions
• Align technical solutions with business and IT strategies and comply with the Department’s architectural standards
• Perform work involved in the full systems life cycle
• Design, code, test, implement, maintain, and support applications software that is delivered on time and within budget
• Make recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code
• Assist in systems analysis and design, and have a solid understanding of development, quality assurance, and integration methodologies

What You’ll Need

Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an IBM FileNet Administrator
• Experience with IBM FileNet version 5.5.x related to document capture and processing, integration, scripting and automation, and troubleshooting
• Experience with IBM Datacap version 9.1.x related to document capture and processing, integration, scripting and automation, and troubleshooting
• Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL)
• Experience working closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand and document business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions
• Experience aligning technology solutions with business and IT strategies and complying with the organization’s architectural standards
• Experience in the full systems life cycle, responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting applications software that is delivered on time and within budget
• Experience making recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code
• Experience in systems analysis, design, and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance, and integration methodologies
• Proficient in speaking and writing in the English language
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred:
• Eight (8) years or more of experience as an IBM FileNet Administrator
