ITIL Change Manager – Hybrid

Job Title: ITIL Change Manager
W2 Rate range: $53.50/hr
LOCATION DETAILS: Charlotte, NC or Irving, TX – hybrid onsite – 3 days in the office, 2 days at home
Only taking USC, GC or H4 EAD, L2 Visa or TN Visa
NOT able to take OPT EAD or CPT
Duration: 24 months

Job Description:

• 4+ years experience in Change Management with a solid understanding of networks/networking
• Prior experience with support of Change Management/Major Incident/Problem management is required.
• ServiceNow experience in those disciplines is a plus.
• Will be part of data center implementations, network security policies, procedures
• Will be handling problem/incident management and reporting
• ITIL Certification will take priority and is highly preferred
• Will be responsible for performing analysis, reviewing data files, creating reporting and supporting Change Management and Service Reliability functions for the organization.
• Will create documentation, processes, and programs to ensure quality standards are met, relevant controls are followed and executed, and deficiencies are identified and addressed.
