Job Title : .NET Developer – AWS & PostgreSQL experience
Location: Albany, NY – Hybrid Role.
Duration: 12+ months with extension
Role Summary:
We are looking for a .NET Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable applications in a cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in C#, .NET Core, AWS, and PostgreSQL, with a focus on performance, reliability, and secure software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test, and maintain .NET applications and APIs.
• Build and integrate cloud-based solutions using AWS services such as Lambda, RDS, EKS, EC2, and API Gateway.
• Develop and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including queries, stored procedures, indexing, and schema design.
• Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD, containerization, deployment, and infrastructure automation.
• Troubleshoot production issues, improve application performance, and support system stability.
• Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills:
• Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Web API.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Strong PostgreSQL experience, including database development and optimization.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native application design.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
