We need: A senior (10+ years) Power BI Reports Developer for a consulting assignment to design and develop dynamic dashboards and reports focused on sales performance, distributor sales, and quota attainment. This role will support sales leadership by providing actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and improve sales effectiveness. Candidates also need Familiarity with CRM and ERP sales data (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE CREATING POWER BI DASHBOARDS TO SUPPORT SALES REPORTING AND ANALYSIS (CRM & ERP).

Candidates must be LOCAL to the NEW YORK or NEW JERSEY area and COMMUTE into the office THREE TIMES A WEEK. NO RELOCATION CONSIDERED.

Stryker is seeking an experienced Power BI Reports Developer for a consulting assignment to design and develop dynamic dashboards and reports focused on sales performance, distributor sales, and quota attainment. This role will support sales leadership by providing actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and improve sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Power BI Dashboards & Reports – Create interactive and visually compelling sales performance dashboards that provide insights on quota attainment, revenue trends, and distributor sales.
• Sales Metrics & Insights – Provide sales leaders with key performance indicators (KPIs) and data-driven recommendations to improve sales strategies.
• Trend Analysis & Strategy Support – Help identify trends in sales data to assist sales reps in refining their sales approach and maximizing opportunities.
• Business Requirements Gathering – Collaborate with stakeholders, including sales leaders, analysts, and IT teams, to understand business needs and translate them into Power BI solutions.
• Data Modeling & ETL – Connect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources (CRM, ERP, and other sales-related systems) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Performance Optimization – Enhance report performance through DAX queries, data modeling best practices, and efficient data visualization techniques.
• User Training & Support – Provide training to end users on navigating dashboards and leveraging insights for business decisions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Power BI development, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Strong knowledge of sales performance analytics and quota management.
• Experience developing distributor sales reports and identifying key sales trends.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP sales data (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in the medical device or healthcare industry (preferred).
