Job Title: Project Manager / Digital Transformation / Education
Location: Remote in EST- Some one closer to Balimore, MD, will get preference
Duration: 6+ Months
Rate: $50-55/hr on W2 or $60-65/hr on C2C- MAX

We need: A Mid to Senior-level Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience to drive digital transformation initiatives. Candidates should have experience in Mid to large size companies and any experience in Digital Education companies is a huge plus and will get hires. Candidates need to have a PMP certification.
CANDIDATES WITH EDUCATIONAL COMPANY EXPERIENCE AND CLOSE TO BALTIMORE ARE A HUGE PLUS AND WILL GET FIRST PREFERENCE EVEN THOUGH THIS CAN BE REMORE IN EST ONLY. THIS WILL MOVE FAST!!!

Job Description:
We are seeking a mid to senior-level Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience to drive digital transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for a PMO Consultant with expertise in tracking, conflict management, and managing workstreams. The Project Manager will oversee key strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution, alignment across teams, and visibility into project progress. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing cross-functional teams, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring regulatory and operational alignment in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee key initiatives, ensuring project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
• Maintain visibility on project progress, providing regular reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.
• Align cross-functional teams to ensure execution of strategic priorities and deliverables.
• Drive structured project oversight, ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational goals.
• Manage conflicts between workstreams and teams, driving resolution and alignment.
• Implement and maintain best practices for project governance, tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate with leadership and PMO to ensure consistent communication and project updates.
• Monitor and mitigate risks impacting project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Utilize project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Clarity, or ServiceNow for tracking and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:
• 5-10 years of experience in Project Management/PMO Consulting, ideally in digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience in tracking, conflict resolution, and workstream management.
• Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Experience working in regulated industries (Financial Services, Healthcare, or similar) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or Clarity.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• PMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications are highly desirable.
