Job Title: Project Manager- Oracle migration
Duration: 1+ year contract- Contract to hire
Rate: $70-80/hr on Vendor W2
Location: Onsite 5 days a week in NE Minneapolis, MN

Need a senior PM or Program Manager who can lead an Oracle migration from EBS to Fusion hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. This PM will be hands on and needs prior experience leading an Oracle EBS migration to the cloud. They should have prior experience working in complex larger scale efforts and experience with onsite and offshore teams and vendors. Initial duration is a year and will extend or has the option to convert to become a FTE is desired as a result they want a long term commitment from the candidate (either to continue on contract or convert to FTE). We need someone who understands the Oracle technology stack and has prior experience leading complex, large scale Oracle ERP implementations, migrations, upgrades, and/or conversion efforts. Prior experience working with Oracle support and product development, Oracle vendor ecosystem, and working with globally distributed implementation teams (onshore / offshore) and system integrators would be highly preferred. We could position this as a program manager role or senior project manager role. Longer term (post OCI migration) we want this resource to be the overall PM for the ERP space at Graco.
