Job Title: QA Tester
Duration: 1 year – potential extension. The average team tenure is 2+ years
Rate: $40/hr on Vendor W2
• Pittsburgh, PA – 5 days per week to start, then scale back Hybrid 2-3x per week
• Cleveland and Columbus, OH – not preferred, but accepted

Position Title: Quality Assurance Spec
Reason for open position:
• Project – This requisition is to support the FlexID Team 2 that is being stood up in response to the FlexID implementation. The individual will be working on the FlexID Testing and Implementation.

• This is a 15-16 people on a close knot team that is heavy into mission and collaborative
• The team is based in the cyber security of the organization and their stakeholders.

Describe the role and the key responsibilities in order of which they will be doing day 1
• Automation expert with extensive experience on API testing, API performance testing, API mocks & UI testing.
• Independent contributor who can implement automation framework and automate test cases using open-source
• Karate test automation platform to optimize test execution time.
• Maintain and update test suite to have the full testing coverage for new features and also perform regression testing.
• Should be able to drive testing practices and setting up the process for the team.
• Contribute to the PI planning activities from the testing perspective and elaborate testing tasks in the Jira board.
• Involved in design and business discussion to understand the business requirement and provide estimations for testing activities.
• Collaborate with business analysts and technical point of contact to gain knowledge on business requirements and the impact on new functionalities implementation.
• Review and update test cases/scenarios to ensure full test coverage as per the acceptance criteria defined in the user stories.
