Research Analyst

Job Title: Research Analyst
W2 Rate: $78/hr
LOCATION DETAILS: Remote
Only taking USC, GC or H4 EAD, L2 Visa, TN Visa
Duration: 3 years W2 ONLY

Requirements:
• 8+ years working as an Analyst with 3+ years in the utility industry as well as solar or renewable energy experience
• Bachelor degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Management or similar discipline.
• Background in Solar Development: experience working with solar energy and/or development, with a deep understanding of the solar industry and land acquisition processes.
• “”Black Belt” or ” Six sigma certification or equivalent experience

Day to Day:
• Assist product owner with user research and story writing
• Ability to lead any of the following key activities within a team: process mapping, value stream mapping, process analysis, process design, methods development, performance standards & metrics development, ROI analysis
• Collaborate with team to understand opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives and potential areas to gain efficiencies or cost savings
• Utilize data to help teams develop and implement solutions
