Job Title: Security Project Manager
Location: Remote, US
Duration: 12 Months
Rate: $60-65/hr on W2

Estimated start date: ASAP
• Estimated end date: 12/31/2025

This is a security project to uplift threat detection capabilities. 5 critical features will enabled by end of 2024 followed by possibly deprecating old solutions in Jan. Work spans across multiple global delivery teams and will require skills of a Senior Project Manager.

– Security and/or technology experience preferred.
– Project Planning, teams coordination, roadmap creation & tracking, Stakeholder Management. Smartsheets experience is plus.
– Stakeholder Alignment & Dependency Management.
– Project KPIs, performance tracking, status reporting & stakeholder communications.
– Team Collaboration, Risk & Issues Management – Learn & exercise PayPal PMO processes
– Budget & resource tracking
– Planning & delivery related Vendor management (if applicable)
– Change & Quality management
– Coordination across global teams.

Typical Day in the Role
Daily Responsibilities
Working in various environments. working across multiple teams (infrastructure, security, tools, privacy).

Planning, working with engineers, architects. Alignment, coordinating with other teams and portfolios. Tracking work, change, risk, stakeholder management, status reporting, driving discussions. Helping unblock teams.
