Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst
Location: Phoenix, AZ – Hybrid (2-3 days in office – Flexible)
Duration: 10+ Months – C2H
Rate: $40-45/hr on Vendor W2

Organizational Structure and Impact:
• Impact/Function this role has within the bank/LOB: New group being created for API governance – collecting, cataloging and ranking of all APIs used inside, this helps give the team direction on where they are, which management platform they run on, are they following the governance rules. The BSA will provide metric reports that will be fed back to management, whether they are compliant vs non-compliant and work with application owners of APIs to figure out a plan to get those APIs compliant

Team Background and Preferred Candidate History:
• Candidate preferred industry background: Understanding of API management required, technology required, banking nice to have

Key responsibilities:
• Working with application owners of APIs to figure out a plan to get those APIs compliant, monthly reports giving a picture as a whole of APIs to make upper management is aware of what’s going on in their domain

Must have technical skills/experience (ask for alternative/tool/version):
•
• Ability to establish a central repository to provide API inventory – Classification, Ownership, Rating
• Knowledge of API platforms
• Apigee
• DataPower
• Use of SharePoint, Microsoft Office, etc.

Flex Skills:
• Knowledge of confluence, knowledge of other API management products, Apache

Soft skills that would make a candidate successful in this role:
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal, punctuality, reliability, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Years of experience:
• Level 2; 3-5 years of relevant experience
