Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst
Location: 100% remote but preference is California/West Coast
Duration: 12+ Months – may extend
Rate: $50-55/hr on W2 or $60-65/hr on C2C

Project start: project will start late April/early May. We have until March 7th to submit candidates

Key qualifications:
• UNIVERSITY/EDUCATION EXPEREINCE
• 7+ years of experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and enterprise systems implementation.
• Proven experience in at least three large-scale enterprise system implementations.
• Strong ability to document and analyze business processes, functional requirements, and integration specifications.
• Expertise in data analysis, validation, cleaning, and mapping for system migration.
• Deep understanding of API integrations, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, ETL), and enterprise system connectivity.
• Hands-on experience working with Intellectual Property Management technologies (e.g., Wellspring, Inteum, Cayuse – preferred).
• Familiarity with data governance, quality controls, and compliance standards.
• Strong proficiency in MS Visio and Jira for process documentation and issue tracking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
