A Three ERP Implementation Engineers (WE NEED SAGE INPLEMENTATION SME’S, NOT A PROJECT WORTH OF EXPERIENCE) with extensive experience implementing Sage Intacct ERP software. The candidate will Lead and manage end-to-end Sage Intacct ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment. They must have In-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and ERP best practices as well as Strong technical proficiency in SQL, API integrations, data migration tools, and cloud-based ERP solutions. Sage Intacct certification and extensive hands-on experience with module customizations. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE RECENT EXPERIENCE WITH SAGE INTACCT.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ERP Implementation Engineer specializing in Sage Intacct to lead complex ERP implementations, system optimizations, and integrations. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to align ERP solutions with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP system architecture, financial processes, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage end-to-end Sage Intacct ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment.
• Collaborate with C-level executives, finance teams, and IT departments to understand business needs and translate them into ERP solutions.
• Oversee data migration, system integration, and API development to ensure seamless functionality across business applications.
• Develop and execute testing and quality assurance strategies to validate system performance and reliability.
• Provide expert-level user training, documentation, and post-go-live support to maximize ERP adoption and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize Sage Intacct configurations for scalability and performance.
• Act as a technical advisor to internal teams and clients, ensuring best practices in ERP implementation and financial workflows.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and automation within the ERP ecosystem.
• Stay updated on Sage Intacct updates, industry trends, and emerging ERP technologies to recommend continuous enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation, with a strong focus on Sage Intacct.
• In-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and ERP best practices.
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL, API integrations, data migration tools, and cloud-based ERP solutions.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-level ERP projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Sage Intacct certification or extensive hands-on experience with module customizations.
• Experience integrating Sage Intacct with CRM, HR, and business intelligence platforms.
• Knowledge of business process automation, scripting, and workflow optimization.
• Experience working in finance, healthcare, manufacturing, or SaaS industries.
