Senior O365 Engineer – Hybrid

Role Title: Senior O365 Engineer
Salary: Upto $130K plus 15% bonus and benefits.
Location: Irving, TX or Henderson, NV or Irvine, CA – Hybrid two days a week onsite

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced M365 Systems Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft 365 technologies, with a focus on Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and On-Prem Active Directory. This role is dedicated to implementing, optimizing, and supporting the modern workplace that helps deliver transformative solutions to our workforce. This is an onsite position 5 days/week sitting in either our Irving, TX, Henderson, NV or Irvine, CA office.

Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain the Microsoft stack, including O365, Active Directory, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Perform day-to-day activities within M365 tenant, including managing user provisioning, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, roles, and permissions
• Administer and maintain Exchange Online, including managing mailbox policies, configuring mail flow rules, and implementing email security measures.
• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Teams templates to streamline collaboration and communication across the organization
• Perform day-to-day activities within Azure AD and O365 tenant, including managing user provisioning, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, roles, and permissions
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Microsoft 365 services, including network-related problems and integration challenges
• Manage and configure Microsoft Teams Rooms, including advanced AV setups and integration with room booking solutions
• Collaborate with cloud, application, and network administrators to ensure efficient operation of the end-user computing environment
• Create extensive technical documentation for implementations, break-fix solutions, and end-user guides

Preferred
• Experience with managing On-prem Active Directory
• Analyze and monitor for outages, trends, and global issues with Microsoft stack applications and systems
• Understanding of email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Utilize PowerShell scripting and APIs for automation and enhancement of Microsoft 365 services
• Support and contribute to the implementation of Microsoft Power Platform solutions Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI to improve business processes
• M365 Defender and Microsoft Purview experience.

Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience as a M365 Systems Administrator or equivalent combination of experience and education
• In-depth knowledge of major Microsoft cloud-based systems including Azure AD, O365.
• Experience with Azure, Intune, and M365
