Job Title : Senior PeopleSoft Developer
Duration: 9 Months
Location: REMOTE – Oakland, CA (PST Time zone)
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and support UCPath (PeopleSoft HCM 9.2) applications.
• Design, develop, troubleshoot, and enhance solutions for:
o Workforce Administration (WFA)
o Talent Acquisition Management (TAM)
o ePerformance
• Work closely with Business Analysts and functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide production support, defect resolution, and on-call support as needed.
• Create technical documentation, design specifications, and test plans.
Required Skills
• 7+ years of PeopleSoft HCM 9.x development experience.
• Strong experience with:
o Workforce Administration (WFA)
o Talent Acquisition Management (TAM)
o ePerformance
o Application Engine
o PeopleCode
o Integration Broker
o Component Interfaces
o SQL / PL-SQL
o Oracle Database
o BI Publisher
• Experience with at least 2 large-scale PeopleSoft implementations supporting multiple locations and large user populations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
• PeopleSoft Fluid, Tiles, Related Content, Event Mapping.
• STAT or PHIRE migration tools.
• Higher Education experience.
Must-Have
• Clearly show WFA, TAM, and ePerformance experience
• Include experience with large-scale PeopleSoft HCM implementations.
• Strong communication skills are mandatory.
