Senior QA analyst – Hybrid

Job Title: Senior QA analyst
Rate: $45-47/hr on W2 or $50-55/hr on C2C
Location: Ft Lauderdale, FL -Hybrid, 3 days oniste and 2 days remote
Duration: 3 months to start but after initial….extend 12 months at a time..they are expecting it to be years.

We are looking for a Senior QA analyst. This position will be full-time and hybrid in Fort Lauderdale, FL. It will be Onsite 3 days a week

What You’ll Do
• Craft clear and effective BDD test scenarios and cases that align with our development goals
• Perform thorough regression testing to identify any potential issues as a result of new functionality or features being deployed
• Translate user stories into detailed test cases to ensure all functional requirements are met
• Conduct manual tests to ensure the application’s functionality aligns with user expectations and requirements
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment to ensure a seamless development process
• Maintain accurate documentation of test cases and report any defects or issues to the development team promptly
• Stay up-to-date with the latest QA methodologies and technologies to continually improve testing processes

What You’ll Need
Required:
• At least 3 years of proven experience in QA testing roles
• Solid understanding and practical knowledge of Behavior Driven Development
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in testing web-based and e-commerce websites
• Exceptional analytical skills to understand complex systems and detect potential issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
