Sr. Business Analyst – Hybrid

Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst
Duration: 6+ Months
Rate: $60-62/hr on Vendor W2- Max
Location: Minneapolis, MN Contract to hire. We do need candidates to be onsite 3x week.

Experience in the Life Insurance Industry required.

Role:
• Liaison with key Business Stakeholders and IT in the analysis and delivery of enhancements, projects, and products. Executes, with advanced ability, assessing and documenting business risks, creating business cases, identifying impacted stakeholders, developing communication plans, creating As Is/To Be process flows, facilitating and documenting gap analysis, and facilitating JAR sessions.
• Responsible, with expert ability, of multiple business requirement elicitation methods, assessing business impacts, writing clear, concise, and accurate business requirements, business requirement peer reviews, business requirement traceability to technical requirements, planning/coordination/execution of User Acceptance Testing, production validation, training/SOP support, and project transition planning.
• Knowledge in one Allianz business line and understanding of the other business lines a plus.

Additional responsibilities:
• Will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of a project with multiple teams.
• Communicate clearly and directly with team members and stakeholders. Provide regular progress updates to leadership, stakeholders, and team members.
• Collaborate with leadership to create detailed project plans, establish key metrics, product plans and roadmaps, and develop project control.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to prevent issues from arising.
