They want someone who know the ins and outs and does not need a lot of hand holding. They are moving alot of legacy systems to CISCO. They want to have a enterprise solutions and not have multiple machines and systems. This person needs to be well versed in WebX Calling, WebX messaging, CISCO, Voip and UC. They need to understand Applications and systems of CISCO very well. They need to be well versed in configuring voice gateway. They need to be able to work with end users and have good communication.

Summary:

From a staff position, and under general supervision, functions as a member of various multi-disciplinary teams or with assignments in complex Clinical and Business Information Technologies.
Designs, develops, enhances, and tests complex Telecommunications systems using various tools in support of business and clinical operations.
Responsible for identifying and coordinating new solutions, upgrades and implementations, as well as, providing support and maintenance in the areas of: Unified Clinical Collaboration Platforms, Avaya Telephony, Cisco Telephony (CUCM) and Cisco Contact Center (UCCE).
