Job Title: Workday Analyst
Location: Dallas, TX
Hybrid-3 days/week on site in Dallas. Looking for local candidates or those willing to relocate before starting.
Rate: $65/hr
Visa: USC, GC

Job Description:

Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
• Data Integration / API experience
• Workday HCM, Beamery, other Recruiting Technologies
• Talent Acquisition Product support
• Agile Methodology including Scrum or Kanban
• HR Software and System Product Management
