Job Title: Workday Analysts/ Instructional Designer
Location: FULLY REMOTE! Can sit anywhere EXCEPT in NY, CA, CO, or WA state. Must work in EST timezone.
Pay rate: $50-60/hr W2.
Duration: 9 months+
Visa: USC, GC

Job responsibilities:

• The new system will help employees easily navigate their WorkDay HR Operations Portal
• New system is needed to streamline access
• Improve system so that employees have one log-in
• Project is to migrate 800-2,000 knowledge-based articles to be migrated into WorkDay Help.

Job Requirement:

o Healthcare background
o WorkDay knowledge articles experience
o Re-do articles posted via text, links, direct access, video, instructional videos, etc.
o The articles house step-by-step instructions including FAQs, Open Enrollment info., Case Management, workarounds for complex situations
o Content management
o media creation
o Project management experience
o knowledge-based management
o multi-media content for articles
o new engine search for WorkDay
o “co-pilot” to create content development
o AI
o Instructional design

Other information:
• Take articles to SME to get feedback and validation
• Be consultative
