I am exploring a staff augmentation model for my Salesforce team and would like to get some information.
We are looking for two embedded contract resources who would function as part of our day-to-day team and participate in Agile ceremonies, including standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and defect triage.
• If you have resources that have worked on or with Salesforce DevOps transformations, that would be a plus
Job Description:
• Salesforce feature development and platform enhancements
• Apex development
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• JavaScript development
• Salesforce integrations and API development
• Support backlog execution and bug remediation
• Participate in architecture discussions and solution design
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and development best practices
Additional Requirements
• Remote engagement
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Comfortable participating in video calls and collaborative team discussions
• Available during US time zone business hours for daily interaction with the team
• Ability to function as an embedded team member rather than a project-based consultant
