Job Title : Salesforce DevOps Engineer

I am exploring a staff augmentation model for my Salesforce team and would like to get some information.
We are looking for two embedded contract resources who would function as part of our day-to-day team and participate in Agile ceremonies, including standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and defect triage.
Job Description:
• GitHub administration and best practices
• GitHub Actions pipeline development and support
• Salesforce CI/CD implementation and deployment automation
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tooling (Gearset preferred, Copado or similar considered)
• Environment management and release governance
• Automated deployment, validation, and rollback strategies
• Mentoring and knowledge transfer to internal team members
