Job Title: Business Analyst with Oil & Gas experience
Duration: 1+ Year
Location: Beltway 8 Westheimer area of Houston, TX- below is the hybrid work schedule.
Work Schedule
Monday – Thursday (Onsite)
• Flexible start time between 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM
• Flexible end time between 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• 9-hour workdays Monday through Thursday
Friday (Remote)
• 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Position Overview
The Senior Business Analyst will support critical operational and financial planning applications, including Anaplan, Pod2, Snowflake, Stream lit, and Sigma. This individual will work closely with Finance, Planning, Operations, and IT teams to support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, reporting, data integrations, and application enhancements across the organization.
Key Areas of Experience Our Client Is Seeking
• 5+ years supporting enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and planning applications
• 5+ years of Oil & Gas industry experience
• Hands-on experience supporting and administering Anaplan, Pod2, or Enright
• Strong Snowflake and SQL development skills
• Experience supporting data integrations, data reconciliation, and troubleshooting complex data issues
• Stream lit application development experience
• Sigma reporting and dashboard development
• Ability to gather requirements, support UAT, create functional specifications, and work directly with business stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
