Job Title: Business Analyst – API integration with Applicant Tracking system (ATS) recruitment
Duration: 6 months – contract to hire
Location: REMOTE- Prefer someone from EST or CST.
Rate: $35-40/hr on W2 or $40-45/hr on C2C to their own Inc

Top Technical Skills
1. Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features
2. Strong knowledge of API specifications
3. Specialist in API integration with any Applicant Tracking system (ATS)
4. API Integration mapping, canonical data mapping with ATS recruitment modules
5. Prior experience with Workday Recruitment or PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Manager or iCIMS talent platform is a plus
6. Excellent communication skills

Job Summary:

The Business Analyst will act as a liaison between client product developers and ATS client APIs with extensive experience in understanding the ATS API specifications and integration.

Candidate should have 5 to 9 years’ experience as a Business Analyst with a background in any of the ATS (eg. Workday Recruitment or PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Manager or iCIMS or similar platforms)

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
• Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
• Developing user stories
• Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
• Complete acceptance testing and provide feedback to development team when needed
• Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
• Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
• Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justifications.
• Be an expert with respect to the competition
• Analyze potential partner relationships for the product.
• Core critical thinking skills to review product offerings, system specifications and client program goals to create solution
• Review API specifications for integrations
• Knowledgeable on integration mapping, canonical data mapping and ATS recruitment modules
