Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our growing team!  The position is located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and should be working in US timings.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates for US-based IT requirements through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Review resumes and conducts initial candidate screening through phone/voice interactions.
• Assess candidate skills, experience, availability, and suitability against job requirements.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and maintain consistent follow-ups throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment status in internal systems/ATS.
• Meet defined sourcing, screening, and recruitment targets.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Work effectively according to US business hours and recruitment processes.

 Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in US IT Staffing.
• 2-3 years of experience in using Job portals like Dice, Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn
• Experience hiring w2, 1099, and C2C candidates.
• Excellent knowledge of US labor and visa regulations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication.
• Experience in establishing corporate recruiting strategies and processes.

TECHNICAL & SKILLS:

• LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and job board experience
• Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques
• ATS experience is must (Ceipal or job Diva)
• Understanding of U.S. work authorization (Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B’s and all Visa’s)

 COMMUNICATION & CLIENT SKILLS:

• EXCELLENT English – written AND verbal (professional, fluent, zero grammatical errors)
• Professional tone in all communication (emails, calls, proposals)
• Strong client-facing skills – build trust, manage relationships, solve problems

 VERIFICATION & REFERENCES:

• 2-3 genuine professional references from previous employers
• References must confirm: account management skills, volume hiring success, reliability
• We WILL call references to verify your background and suitability

 HOME SETUP & COMMITMENT REQUIREMENTS

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Your own reliable laptop (professional quality, 2+ years old or newer)
• Stable high-speed home internet (minimum 4 Mbps download, 2 Mbps upload)
• Professional workspace at home – quiet, with proper lighting for client video calls
• Backup internet connection (mobile hotspot or second provider)
