Job Title : Turnaround Planner / Outage Planner
Duration: 2 Year
Rate: $40-45/hr on W2 or $45-50/hr to C2C or 1099- MAX
Location: Martinez or Wilmington, CA (Hybrid)

Looking for people located in northern CA or Southern CA to minimize travel

o Requires TWIC card
o Both require safety training
o Will provide site specific training
o Basic OSHA training before starting
• Electrical and Instrument Planner – More emphasis on Instrumental
• Wilmington – 1.5 years out from next Outage
• Skills:
o Instrument calibrations, flow level pressure, etc.
• Timeline: Looking to hire by 9/7 give or take a week or two
• Job Description: Job description contains all the details manager is looking for

Questions:
• Any software systems experience:
o SAP: Working knowledge of SAP systems
o Planning system: Cleopatria Enterprise (will train)
• Experience
o 7-10 years experience
o Field/Planning Experience would be the most relevant
• Education: Minimum HS Diploma
We are looking for a Outage Planner to oversee and coordinate critical outage planning and execution activities. This position will be Hybrid in Wilmington, CA.

What You’ll Do
• Lead assigned portion of outage scope through planning and execution stages
• Organize materials through expediting, quoting prices, and ensuring the correct parts are available for jobs
• Develop scope for assigned work orders within the outage, identifying secondary and/or support disciplines required
• Create detailed job packages in Cleopatra for each work order utilizing planning templates as applicable. Activities include individual tasks, manpower, durations, and assigned discipline
• Provide daily schedule updates during outage execution
• Create job planning packages for each work order per Air Products guidelines for both internal and external distribution (e.g., bid events, contractor field personnel). Packages may include pictures, P&IDs, BOMs, tools, safe work procedures, applicable standards, QC requirements, etc.
• Provide leadership in risk management, contractor safety, and mitigating safety issues in operations
• Support client Management of Change processes, recognizing plant changes and following through on all documentation and recommendations in a timely manner
• Maintain communication with craftspeople, contractor representatives, and material suppliers
• Uphold and communicate high standards of housekeeping in assigned areas and on all job sites. Conduct frequent formal housekeeping inspections of plant areas
• Complete close-out and documentation as required by Air Products standards and procedures

What You’ll Need
Required:
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and planning skills
• Strong leadership abilities
• Understanding of electrical and instrumentation construction and workflow processes
• Ability to read and interpret Electrical & Instrumentation drawings and P&IDs
• Experience in preparing and reviewing test/work packages for issuance to the field
• 10+ years of experience in Electrical & Instrumentation package planning and/or 10+ years of journey-level maintenance experience
• Proficiency in the use of computers and business software, including Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook), SAP, Primavera P6, and Adobe
• 10+ years of experience in maintenance and/or engineering disciplines, preferably with experience in industrial outages, LV & HV Motors, heaters, power distribution equipment, and general preventative maintenance on various electrical components
• Working knowledge of process instrumentation including Flow, Level, Pressure, and Temperature devices

Preferred:
• Demonstrated ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with ADA standards
• Ability to accurately perform other duties as assigned
