Job Title: Software Developer (Groovy / Java / Oracle Integration Cloud)
Duration: 18 Months
Rate: $50-60/hr on W2 or $60-70/hr on 1099
Location: REMOTE- 100% Remote (Must work 8am to 5pm PDT)

Target years of experience:
· 5 – 7 years of exp minimum.

· Top 3-5 must haves:
1. Groovy (or Java)
2. MS SQL or Oracle SQL
3. Software development experince
4. Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
5. Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP)
6. GitHub
7. Strong Communication Skills
8. Highly Preferred: Oracle SFP

Project Scope/Details/Responsibilities?
· Development and operational support for the Oracle SFP application and its related configurations, integrations, reports, and ancillary applications and processes.
· Work involves analyzing and reverse engineering programming code, scripts, and processes, identifying improvements, efficiencies, and automations, and implementing these changes through the modification and development of groovy and SQL configuration scripts and OIC integrations.

Educational Requirement:
· Not Required But HIGHLY PREFERRED
· Bachelor’s degree – HIGHLY PREFERRED
· Masters – a plus

Interview Process (Resume review, interviewers and # of interviews):
1: Manager and Technical Lead: Video 30 mins
2. Round 2 (Technical)Manager, Technical Lead, Team Programmer with assessment test – Video 1 hour

Key Responsibilities:
The candidate for this position will provide development and operational support for the Oracle SFP application and its related configurations, integrations, reports, and ancillary applications and processes. Work involves analyzing and reverse engineering programming code, scripts, and processes, identifying improvements, efficiencies, and automations, and implementing these changes through the modification and development of groovy and SQL configuration scripts and OIC integrations. System documentation and operational instructions for this work will be developed and maintained. All work and system support requests are managed through Jira tickets.

Experience Skillset Required:

Groovy, MS SQL or Oracle SQL, software development, operational support, strong communication skills Preferred experience: Oracle SFP; Java; Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC); Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP); Oracle Fusion framework; enterprise job schedulers; production support and incident management; Financial Aid experience; Oracle; Tableau development; GitHub; Higher Education experience; Jira ticketing; Oracle Application Express; Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing; Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Manager
