Job Title: Director of Technical Support
Rate: $140,000 to $200,000 + 15 % Bonus
Location: Irvine CA
Visa: USC, GC
Job Description:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Heavily on improvements, trainings, meeting with customers on feedback.
• NOT IT helpdesk; medical device
• Would like possibly someone in biomed or tech support and advanced through the company and worked their way up
• Respond within 90 seconds and resolve within 30 mins
• Looking for someone who has experience in taking call center and turning it into revenue; find ways to create more revenue streams within our services
• Work with the customer to put contracts in place, SLAs etc.
• Room for growth
• Position is a bit more niche, specific to industry
• HM doesn’t want a Sr manager going into the role HM wants a Dir level NOW
• They want someone who has taken a call center and made it profitable; medical device field or something very related
Must Have Skill Set:
• Medical Device experience
• Tech support Director level position before
• NPS – Net promoter scores experience
• Operations focused
• Servant leadership
• Driven by numbers
• Employee experience drives customer experience
• Degree required
• Someone starting out in tech support or in BioMed
