Job Title: Configuration Manager/ Analyst (Firelight)
Duration: 1+ year contract
Rate: $55-60/hr on Vendor W2
Location: Golden Valley, MN- Local – Must be willing to go onsite 3x weekly

This manager is overseeing the eSoultions Team in Enterprise Operations. This team is comprised of 6-8 Business Analysts who support the eApplication Platforms: Zinnia (AN4 & AMP), iPipeline (Affirm), Hexure (FireLight).

They work directly with the Business End Users in doing requirements gathering, then are hands on in Building User Stories, Backlog grooming and working directly with the Development Teams(PO,SM, DEV, QA) n a monthly Agile Sprint cycle.

In addition to BA responsibilities, these folks are heavily involved in Configuration. Meaning they are working with XML based layouts(Backend of the eApps) as they are configured to the eApps and making sure they are running properly.
• i.e. customer chooses a particular Allianz Product. Once selected, it takes them through application process. Processes auto populate based off selected answer, configuration is the process flow that happens in front of customer.
Looking for Senior Business Analysts who have previous experience in Life and Annuities.
Ideally finding candidates with the specific eApps platform exp(Listed above)
Business Process, and Technical experience.

Configuration Manager Firelight

Work closely with business and IT teams to define, configure and maintain critical Business pages, rules and workflows within the ALIP (Client Life Insurance & Annuity Platform) system for our retail annuities and life solutions. Convert user requirements into business requirements and functional requirement specifications. Implement and maintain page groups, rule groups, lookup tables, workflows, and tags and ensure all standards are met. Work with Business and IT partners plus Product Configuration teams on new product development, enhancements, issues, and overall work prioritization, including troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.

Essential Job Functions:
• Requirements: Partner with internal resources through the Agile process for requirements gathering and refinement. Assist in the conversation of user requirements into business requirements. Convert business requirements into functional requirement specifications.
• Design: Design moderate and simple page groups, rule groups, lookup tables, workflows, and tags and ensure all standards are met for both new products and enhancements.
• Execution: Implement moderate and complex page groups, rule groups, lookup tables, workflows, and tags. Develop and execute unit test scripts. Maintain all required Agile artifacts
• Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve configuration issues in test and production environments as they arise, both alone and with business and technical/QA partners.
• Peer Coaching: Review and provide guidance, input and corrections to Business Configurators’ Configuration Design, Execution and Documentation. Train Business Configurators to raise skill levels.
Minimum Requirements:
• 2+ years of technical, operational or requirements development experience required
• Four-year degree required or exceptional/extended work experience
• MINIMUM 2+ years of FireLight business configuration experience
